Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Broker Sales Coordinator to support our real estate brokerage operations. In this role, you'll assist brokers and agents with listing management, transaction coordination, client communication, and office support to ensure seamless deal flow and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate real estate transactions from listing to closing
• Prepare and manage sales documents, agreements, and disclosures
• Liaise between clients, brokers, agents, and third parties (inspectors, escrow, title companies)
• Maintain CRM systems, track leads, and support marketing efforts
• Schedule appointments, showings, and meetings for brokers and clients
• Generate reports and assist with compliance and record-keeping
