About the Role
Perform structural analysis and design for bridges and related transportation infrastructure, including retaining walls, bridge size culverts, and overhead sign structures.
Provide technical input for proposals
Prepare technical reports documenting option analyses
Develop and maintain detailed design notes and calculations
Prepare drawing packages and special provisions in support of construction activities
Develop quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Mentor and provide guidance to junior technical staff
Review construction submittals and provide technical support during construction
Conduct limited field inspections and travel for field work, as required
What you must have:
P. Eng designation with APEGA or the ability to register from another province.
