Breakfast chef

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable breakfast chef at Hyatt Centric Cambridge who stays calm under pressure, works in a structured way, and has a strong eye for quality. You will take pride in preparing great breakfast and brunch, supporting a smooth service, and creating dishes that guests remember.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll be an important part of the kitchen team and play a key role in delivering the Locke dining experience every day. You’ll bring consistency, energy, and craftsmanship to the kitchen, helping create the kind of meals guests want to come back for.

Duties as a Breakfast Chef

• Manage breakfast kitchen operations, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standard.
• Oversee daily stock control and coordinate with other sections for smooth kitchen operations.
