Job Summary:

• The Baker is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods while ensuring quality, freshness, and food safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to standard recipes
• Bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately
• Decorate cakes and pastries when needed
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
• Ensure products meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
• Check inventory and report needed supplies
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
