Job Summary:
- The Baker is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods while ensuring quality, freshness, and food safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to standard recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Decorate cakes and pastries when needed
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Ensure products meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
- Check inventory and report needed supplies
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:
At least high school graduate (culinary/baking background is a plus)
