About the Role

Moffatt & Nichol specializes in large complex waterfront infrastructure projects and is recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. We are actively looking for our Brazil Business Unit Leader. This leader will guide the strategic growth of the established Brazil offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro by leading efforts to identify, capture and complete projects in the ports, marine terminal, coastal, water resources/stormwater, transportation, energy, environmental, national, state, local, and urban development markets. 
The best candidate for this role will lead the team to:
Achieve Moffatt & Nichol and client objectives; enhance client and employee satisfaction through effective business unit operations; Ensure staff management and development; 
Deploy and manage project resources, including subconsultants, vendors; and 
Provide oversight of project phases (planning, set-up, execution, and closure) while in conformance with M&N business ...
