About the Role
The Catalyst Group is on the lookout for a creative and commercially-minded Brand Strategy Lead to shape the identity and growth of our client, a prominent hospitality group.
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be responsible for defining each brand's positioning, storytelling, and long-term direction while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a consistent and compelling brand experience.
Working alongside an in-house creative team comprising two Art Directors, a Video Producer & Editor, and a Brand Lead, you'll bring ideas to life through strategic thinking, creative collaboration, and customer insight.
