Core Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
•Develop quarterly brand campaigns that link directly to companys strategic priorities (e.g., Block & Burn Fat Burn Month, Sleep Reset Launch, Hormone Reset Challenge).
•Define creative concepts, tone of voice, and storytelling across all brand touchpoints.
•Oversee design and copy team to ensure visual and narrative consistency.
Advertising & Growth Campaigns (Meta + Awareness Platforms)
•Lead company’s Meta ad strategy: concept → creative → launch → performance review.
•Create and to ensure ad funnel and backend tracking align.
•Run A/B tests for creatives, messages, audiences, and angles to improve ROAS.
•Present monthly Ad + Creative Performance Report (awareness, reach, lead quality).
