About the Role
A global, innovation-driven biopharma company in Rare Diseases is seeking a Brand Lead to join its Milan office and take full end-to-end accountability for a flagship product/brand in a high-impact therapeutic area.
The role
You will own the brand strategy and execution in Italy, acting as the key marketing lead and business partner across functions (Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, PV, Finance), with clear accountability on performance and delivery.
Key responsibilities Define and execute brand strategy (pre-launch/launch/post-launch depending on lifecycle), aligned with global and regional direction and tailored to Italy. Own the integrated marketing plan: positioning, segmentation, messaging, omnichannel, campaigns, HCP/patient initiatives.
