Branch Location: SM City Lipa

Job Overview:
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales performance by meeting assigned targets, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store standards, and supporting inventory monitoring and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment activities.
• Prepare basic sales and inventory reports.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or college level.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
