Department Overview

We operate Rakuten Fashion, an e-commerce site specializing in fashion.
While Rakuten Ichiba is a mall-type business that provides a platform for participating stores to sell their own products, Rakuten Fashion is a direct sales business in which Rakuten selects and purchases brands and products, and handles everything from marketing and sales to shipping and customer support.
We handle products from major domestic select shops and brands, including popular and well-known brands such as nano・universe, URBAN RESEARCH, BEAMS, snidel, and GLOBAL WORK. Recently, we have also expanded our offerings to include global brands.

As a business, we are aiming to achieve very high mid-term goals and continue to make large-scale investments in the following areas:
