About the Role

Job description

Meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Responsible for achieving individual andbranch sales targets.
 Manage a team of 6+ people consisting of sales, projects ad design.
 Provide support to the sales team in procuring orders, follow up and collections. Monitor their
daily working.
 Monitor the daily working of the design & projects team members. Ensure timely design support
to the sales team / clients and installation.
 Participate in daily/ weekly / monthly reviews with the vertical head to review business progress
and KPIs.
 Generate enquiries and maintain a robust sales pipeline on the CRM software. Monitor and
ensure CRM compliance from your sales team.
 Daily visits to clients, architects, and Project Management Consultants (PMC) as per company
norms. When required, do joint visits with sales team members, especially for large enquiries.
