About the Role

Essential Job Functions 
Operational Leadership 
Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations across a multi-client 3PL environment, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs, KPI performance, and customer expectations. 

Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns management, and value-added services. 

Manage peak season planning, workforce scaling, and performance management for high-volume e-commerce operations. 
People Management 
Provide leadership and development for a team of approx. 130 employees including supervisors, team leads, and support personnel. 

Foster a positive, performance-driven culture with strong focus on safety, quality, and employee engagement. 

Oversee hiring, training, and succession planning to ensure operational resilience.
