This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless transport experience for passengers arriving from both domestic and international flights. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in transport, travel, or hospitality operations and be adept at managing ground activities, addressing customer concerns, and overseeing fare and ride-related audits.
