This is an excellent opporunity with a strong interest in candidates fluent in Mandarin and English that currently work as Assistant Branch Managers, Senior Financial Advisors or similar who are looking to take the next step in their career! The ideal candidate will provide overall leadership in driving team sales objectives, ensuring high operational efficiency, and delivering superior member/client experiences. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of five within the branch, fostering a high-performance culture, leveraging their network to build brand awareness in the community, and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
