About the Role
• Overall responsibility for branch operations and performance
• Ensure delivery of inspection and testing services in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Manage client relationships and support business development activities
• Control branch budgets, costs, and profitability
• Lead, supervise, and develop branch personnel
• Ensure effective implementation of quality, health, safety, and environmental systems
• Plan and monitor inspection and testing activities to meet contractual and operational requirements
• Review and approve technical reports and certification documents
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and accreditation bodies as required
• Ensure availability, maintenance, and calibration of equipment
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
