Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in insurance and training;
Experience in foreign bank training or key account sales training is preferred. Proficient in computer OFFICE operations, able to skillfully operate Excel and create slides;
Strong teaching ability and curriculum development skills. Possess excellent organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
