For a renowned luxury Maison, we are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations and manage a team of Sales
- Drive sales performance and develop the local client base
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure premium service
- Use CRM tools to support follow-up and loyalty actions
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets
- Ensure stock accuracy, reporting, and brand standards compliance
Your Profile
- 10+ years of retail experience, ideally in premium/luxury
- Proven track record in sales growth and client development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with good analytical abilities
- Fluent in French and English
- Service-oriented, proactive, and organized
