Job Description: Physical Backend Engineer (STA / P&R / Timing Closure)

We are supporting a semiconductor company building a fundamentally new compute architecture. The team is expanding and looking for Senior Physical Design Engineers with strong expertise in digital backend flows.

Responsibilities

• Own physical design implementation from synthesis to sign-off
• Build and optimize constraints (SDC), run synthesis and P&R
• Perform STA for multi-corner, multi-mode scenarios
• Drive timing closure, ECO cycles and physical optimization
• Conduct IR/EM analysis and work with custom/AMS teams on integration
• Contribute to chip-level floorplanning and digital integration

Requirements

• Strong experience with physical design tools (Innovus/ICC2, PrimeTime, Genus/DC)
• Proven background in STA, P&R, CT...
