About the Role
Armont Recruitment have partnered with an established accountancy practice seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to join their expanding finance team based in south Dublin. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have extensive client relationship experience. They will also have a working knowledge of ROS and accounting systems. The Role Processing of Purchase & Sales Invoices and reconciliations of creditor balances to statements Processing bank receipts and preparation of bank reconciliations Creditor reconciliations Preparation of VAT, PAYE & RCT returns Submission of tax Revenue via ROS General admin The Candidate Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role Knowledge of ROS system and accounting systems Strong communication skills and ability to deal with clients Ability to take direction and work on own initiative Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint The Rewards Depending on experience Flexible working hours Additional benefits package
