Are you a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper looking for new clients? We are seeking a freelance Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations for our company. This is a crucial role for a self-starter who can work independently and has a strong understanding of core accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices and manage billing to ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
• Categorize and enter financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for all financial documents.
