Role Overview
The Bookkeeper / Admin & Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping, operational admin tasks, supplier payments, payroll processing, and ensuring full compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government requirements. The role works closely with the Owner/CEO and supports both operational and financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records (sales, expenses, inventory, and payables).
- Record daily sales and reconcile POS reports.
- Track cash flow, expenses, and supplier balances.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports for management.
Supplier Payments & Payables
- Process supplier payments (bank transfer, cash, GCash, etc.).
