Bookkeeper

We are building a talent pool of skilled Bookkeepers / Accountants with strong experience in Xero and a solid understanding of STP Phase 2 (Single Touch Payroll) . Candidates in this pool may be considered for upcoming permanent or long-term accounting roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process payroll using Xero, ensuring compliance with STP Phase 2 reporting requirements.
• Generate financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review.
• Ensure timely and accurate BAS, GST, and other statutory submissions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other ad-hoc financial tasks as required.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support on accounting processes and systems.
