About the Role
We are a U.S.-based property management firm seeking a polite, professional, detail-oriented bookkeeper and financial analyst to help manage our operation.
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Gathering financial and other performance data and creating reports for management
- Tracking time and materials usage for our maintenance business
- Tracking assets and their usage
- Reporting on customer service metrics - email response times, etc.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Excellent English Writing and Speaking Skills
Proficient in Quickbooks
The ability to analyze data and create easy to understand reports for the team
Positive attitude
Attention to detail and excellent organization and planning skills
Ability to anticipate needs and use sound judgment, resourcefulness and discretion
