About the Role
Job Duties:
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Manage and track inventory levels
- Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing and timely payments
- Track and manage rent payments, liaise with landlords
- Reconcile daily cash transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including ROI and loan accounts
- Conduct loan reconciliations
- Collaborate with CFOs to review profit and loss statements
- Record and track company expenses
- Prepare and file monthly tax returns for U.S. stores
- Manage payments for utilities, tickets, and fruit vendors
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Completion of a Post Secondary Diploma (at least 2-year) or Degree is required. Program in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
