About the Role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Accountant/BookKeeper in US Industry to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of bookkeeping functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with proven expertise in supporting our financial operations with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Reconcile trust and operating bank accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and firm standards.
Prepare and process vendor payments, expense reports, and credit card reconciliations.
Generate routine financial reports, such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
