Working closely with the Director and Operations team, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects financially on track and ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
- End-to-end bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, payroll, bank recs)
- Job costing and project profitability tracking
- Progress claims and subcontractor payments
- BAS preparation and compliance
- Cashflow management and forecasting
- Monthly management reporting
- Liaising with external accountants and auditors
