About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join an IT software organization in Calgary, Alberta on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on accounting support experience who can manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Enter financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
Process accounts payable and monthly expense entries
Support accounts receivable activities, invoicing, and collections follow-up
Upload and record banking transactions and monitor account activity
Complete bank, balance sheet, and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries for month-end processing
Work closely with operations teams to support billing accuracy
Maintain organized financial records during high-volume periods
