Bookkeeper and Office AdministratorLocation:Salary:$70, - $80, Annually super and benefits Work Type: Full time Qualified Bookkeeper with a commercial or retail experience Based at Castle Hill Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30 pm can be flexible hours $70 K + super + benefits Responsibilities* Accounts payable and receivable - processing and keeping accurate and up to date records* Payroll - set up/terminate employees, process scheduled wages/salaries and year end ATO reporting* Financial reporting - prepare mouth end reports, balance sheets, ledgers and profit & loss* Administration - Maintain an effective filing system, manage stationary supplies and assist with adhoc requests* Workplace safety & security - maintain a safe working environment at all times Skills & experience
* 3 years + Bookkeeping and Administration experience, in commercial/ retail bookkeeping preferred* Knowledge of Payroll processing* Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills* Strong work ethic* High level attention ...
