Bone Bank Practitioner

Role Summary

There is an opportunity to work along side the Band 7 in the Bone Bank Service in the Princess Elizabeth Orthopaedic Centre. You will be responsible for assessing patients suitability for femoral head bone donation and obtaining their consent. You will also be responsible for checking results and completing relevant paperwork and inputting on the system. You will be required to train new members of staff in theatre and updating this training when required.
