Description
The Bond Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of documents and closed loan files to various bond agencies, servicers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare applicable bond documentation including but not limited to delivery checklists, transfer letters, lien notes etc.
- Submit check requests, compliance fee payments, and issuance of assignments of mortgage.
- Submit master servicer loan file and compliance loan package in accordance with company, bond program specific, and Bond Housing Authority guidelines within the required delivery timeframe.
- Monitor loan delivery and file receipt confirmation to meet applicable deadlines.
