Boilermaker

About the Role

As a Boilermaker at Altanks, you’ll play a hands‑on role in fabricating high‑quality steel components used across our tank manufacturing operations. Your work will involve cutting, marking out, assembling and welding steel plate and structural elements, ensuring every component meets strict specifications and Australian Standards. You’ll work closely with the production team to keep projects moving efficiently and safely through the workshop.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Interpreting drawings and job specs to complete fabrication tasks
• Welding, cutting, marking out and assembling steel components
• Operating workshop equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and contributing to continuous improvement
