Boiler Room Operator

The Boiler Room Operator will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of boiler systems and related utilities to support pharmaceutical production processes. The role ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining uninterrupted steam supply to the plant

Tasks

• Operate, monitor, and control boiler systems to ensure adequate steam generation for production.


• Start up, shut down, and adjust boiler operations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).


• Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel consumption.


• Ensure boiler water treatment is properly maintained to prevent scaling and corrosion.


• Ensure strict adherence to boiler safety standards, company safety policies, and statutory regulations.
