Lead a team and a portfolio of programs/projects, ensuring QCD delivery, operational excellence, and domain capability growth.
Key accountabilities
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and engage a team (5–10 people)
- Ensure project delivery against QCD commitments
Performance & Operational Excellence
- Implement KPIs and data-driven performance
- Standardize and deploy best practices
- Ensure workload vs capacity alignment (incl. subcontracting)
- Define and drive group strategy
- Contribute to department guidelines
- Implement effective workshare rules
- Lead management reviews
- Develop World Class Engineering capabilities
- Coach and grow team competencies
