Job Description:

• Provide leadership and effective management for boarders in line with the values and guidelines of the Boarding House programme.
• Handle minor disciplinary matters and make recommendations to the Floor Manager/BH Coordinator regarding major disciplinary issues.
• Supervise the boarding students table in the canteen during meals.
• Assist with House activities and sporting events.
• Conduct regular room checks to ensure neatness, hygiene, and encourage students' personal responsibility.
• Provide practical training in daily home activities, supervising students in routine chores.
• Liaise with the Floor Manager regarding any maintenance needs or defects in the House.
• Be resident overnight on the assigned floor when on duty to ensure student safety and well-being.
