We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Hi L testing and HV Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Key Requirements:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Hi L testing for HV BMS systems (OEM / Tier 1 / EV domain)
• Strong knowledge of HV architecture – modules, cells, pack topology
• Experience with contactor logic, pre-charge, discharge path, isolation monitoring & protection circuits
• Understanding of HVIL, grounding architecture, and sensing principles (current/voltage/temp)
• Hands-on with Hi L platforms (d SPACE, NI PXI, Vector VT, BMCM rigs)
• Strong debugging skills – simulation issues, timing overruns, signal integrity
• Experience in triaging issues, defect management, and leading triage discussions
• Good knowledge of CAN, LIN, DBC, FIBEX, ARXML & UDS diagnostics
