An established Building Management Systems specialist is looking to recruit a BMS Field Service Engineer to join its growing service team.
This is a mobile field-based role supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across London and the South East. It suits a self-motivated engineer who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive service team.
The Role
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of BMS systems
* Fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdown call-outs
* Completing remedial works and minor upgrades
* Supporting upgrades, panel modifications, and some commissioning
* Producing accurate service reports
* Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and energy efficiency
* Acting as a key point of contact on selected client sites
* Participation in an on-call rota
