About the Role
Role Purpose
Manage the construction and installation of the Building Management System (BMS) in line with design and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee BMS installation, cabling, panels, and field devices
Coordinate with MEP, commissioning, and IT teams
Manage BMS contractors and vendors
Ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards
Support BMS testing, commissioning, and integration
Track schedule, progress, and risks
Key Skills & Experience
Strong BMS systems knowledge (data centre environment preferred)
Experience managing specialist subcontractors
Understanding of integration with electrical and mechanical systems
