About the Role
Role Purpose
Manage the construction and installation of the Building Management System (BMS) in line with design and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee BMS installation, cabling, panels, and field devices
- Coordinate with MEP, commissioning, and IT teams
- Manage BMS contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards
- Support BMS testing, commissioning, and integration
- Track schedule, progress, and risks
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong BMS systems knowledge (data centre environment preferred)
- Experience managing specialist subcontractors
- Understanding of integration with electrical and mechanical systems
