MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As Sous Chef of Blossom Kitchen, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality, seasonal dishes in line with the Blossom Kitchen concept
  • Supporting the Head Chef in developing innovative, wellness-focused menus
  • Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
  • Assisting in the preparation of meat, fish, and plant-based dishes
  • Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene and health & safety
  • Monitoring portion control, stock levels, and minimising waste
