a. Build, Develop, Implement, and maintain core blockchain modules in Go using the Cosmos SDK, including a sophisticated, role-based token-factory for native asset issuance.
b. Design and implement custom logic within the ABCI++ interface (Prepare-Proposal/Process-Proposal) to enable advanced features and optimizations.
c. Configure, launch, and maintain our blockchain network, including genesis configuration, validator setup, and consensus parameter tuning.
d. Implement and manage cross-chain functionality using the Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol.
