Your new role 
Management of a portfolio of residential developments includes:Overseeing and managing the administration of all developments.
Ensure they and the team respond adequately to client queries via post, fax, phone and e-mail, review of correspondence, approval of drafts where needed, ensure responses are sent.
Review and manage credit control issues of OMC’s.
Liaising with our Operations Department in relation to work that is required on each development, encompassing the tendering proces...
