About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform BIM modelling and detailing based on project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built models.
- Participate in MEP coordination and clash detection activities.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Support quantity take-off and BIM reporting activities.
- Manage model revisions and documentation control.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Plumbing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of BIM Plumbing experience.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction standards.
