Job Description
Establish BIM implementation strategy, requirements, process, workflow and needs for township projects.
Plan, manage and maintain the 3D BIM data and complexity of content to meet project deliverable requirements.
Liaise with Engineer/Manager in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/ approval.
Prepare architectural tender drawings in 2D and 3D format/BIM architectural model (e.g. Using AutoCAD and latest Autodesk Revit or ArchiCAD application)
Optimize design and downstream construction processes through the implementation of BIM and VDC concepts beyond 3D modelling and conflict resolution.
Engage project teams to innovate and leverage advanced tools to solve project problems.
