BIM Modeler (MEP)

Responsibilities

• Generate CAD or BIM drawings in accordance with engineer’s sketch and comment;
• Produce construction drawings using REVIT & CAD software;
• Coordinate with Engineer to produce detailed model / drawings, with dimension, detail views and section;
• Have a good understanding of drawings representation;
• Have a well knowledge to work efficiently with CAD & Revit MEP software;
• Have essential technical knowledge to create building services drawings;
• Work with local and team members abroad to provide supporting services for Hong Kong office and liaison work between Hong Kong and Malaysian office;
• Coordinate and work among working teams making sure all jobs done are accurate and meet requirements;
• Create and update BIM Models based on drawings and latest information to create BIM models and build the BIM libraries.
