BIM Modeler-BAYAN LEPAS, PENANG

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update 3D models using Revit/AutoCAD/other BIM tools
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines
• Experience in MEP / Fire Fighting Systems modelling (Sprinklers, Gas Suppression, Alarm, etc.)
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with BOMBA regulations is an advantage
• Experience in industrial is preferred
• Prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings
• Ensure compliance with project standards and requirements
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings
• Maintain model accuracy and file organization

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software
• 1–3 years experience in BIM modelling
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
