Job Summary

Manages and drives BIM initiatives in accordance to the overall resources, timelines, standards, and client/organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Provide strategic and resource planning to ensure the successful deliver of BIM deliverables
• Manage day-to-day BIM implementations, operations and deliverables.
• Develop, review and update the BEP and related documents.
• Lead the overall production and delivery of the detailed design model, coordinated, simulation and as built models.
• Establish processes and protocols for data exchange and user right access to maintain model integrity and validity.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to facilitate RFIs, design changes, and ensure that the model is updated based on the resolutions provided.
