We are seeking a proactive technical-commercial professional to join the MV Quotes team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between technical design and business closing, responsible for processing client requirements, performing precise take-offs in BIM and AutoCAD environments, and maintaining fluid communication in English to ensure the profitability and accuracy of every proposal.

Main Responsibilities

• Quantification and Modeling (Take-offs): Extracting precise metric computations and quantities from Revit models and AutoCAD drawings.
• Quote Management: Preparation of detailed budgets and estimates based on the technical documentation received.
• BIM Environment Management: Navigating and coordinating within collaborative environments (CDE), ensuring the integrity and consistency of model information for estimation purposes.
