BIM Electrical Engineer

The BIM Electrical Engineer is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating electrical Building Information Models (BIM) to support project design, construction, and documentation requirements. The role ensures that all electrical systems are accurately modeled, clash-free, and aligned with project standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and develop detailed electrical BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
Prepare electrical layouts, schematics, single-line diagrams, and construction drawings.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEPF).
Ensure models comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Generate accurate quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation when required.
Maintain and update BIM documentation including COBie data and asset information.
