BIM Coordinator

Due to the continued growth of King and Moffatt Building Services, we are now looking to add to our Design team based in our Wolverhampton or Edinburgh offices.

What you would do:

• Modelling, drawing and coordinating, mechanical and electrical designs, to ensure projects can be constructed with little or no rework once the site team commence work.
• Attendance on weekly internal model and design team meetings and project BIM meetings with the main contractors.
• Ensuring the latest models, drawings and designs from all other stakeholders are being used and notifying engineers and site team of any changes to these models or drawings.
• Generating revit models from the senior engineers outputs (sketches / hevacomp / cymap / DIALux / Relux).
• Creation of revit families where manufactures files are not available.
• Model Skids & Modules to allow K&M offsite to manufacture and deliver to site...
