BIM Coordinator - Industry

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a BIM Coordinator for the Coordination department, based at our Porto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary BIM models while developing, implementing, and maintaining the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with project and client requirements
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and workflows while carrying out model quality control activities, including clash detection, audits, data validation, and coordination of issue resolution
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) processes, ensuring correct version control, file structure, and information exchange
